Native collagen type 2 is non-denatured collagen type 2, which forms the basic building block of joint cartilage and helps it to become elastic and resilient.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulfur compound and can therefore serve as a source of natural sulfur. Like hyaluronic acid, MSM is a building material of the structural protein collagen, which is an important element of many body structures. Sulphur is primarily concentrated in the supporting and connective tissue and is found in bones and cartilage.

Hyaluronic acid is the main component of synovial fluid and is also found in cartilage. The synovial fluid prevents the cartilage surfaces from rubbing against each other. With increased stress on the joint and increasing age, the viscosity (lubricity) of the synovial fluid changes. Due to its enormous capacity to store water, hyaluronic acid is partly responsible for keeping the cartilage elastic and supple. We only use low-molecular hyaluronic acid for our products.

Manganese is required for a variety of enzymatic processes in the body. Above all, however, manganese is involved in amino acid metabolism. Manganese plays a decisive role in the synthesis of proteoglycans, which are required for the formation of cartilage and bone.

Native collagen type 2 is obtained from the breastbone of chickens. It is produced gently at low temperatures (<42°C) and without enzymatic cleavage (hydrolysis) and therefore remains in its biologically active form.

In the case of chronic diseases of the kidneys, stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, etc., administration should be agreed with your vet beforehand.
